All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping options

Puerto Rico: Available across the island via local couriers or USPS.
United States: Available via USPS or private courier services.
International: International shipping is subject to availability and additional charges. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
During special promotions, reduced rates or free shipping may apply (when indicated).

4. Estimated delivery times

Puerto Rico: 3–7 business days.
United States: 7–14 business days.
International: 2–4 weeks (depending on country and postal service).

5. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lizlalibrera@gmail.com, attaching photos of the product and package.
We will review your case and coordinate a replacement or solution.
