Refund Policy

At Liz Arroyo- Editorial Mentor, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund.

 

1. Books and physical products

  • All book sales are final.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged during shipping.

  • To request a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, including photos showing the damage.

 

2. Editorial services and mentoring

  • Payments for mentoring, editing, design, or publishing services are non-refundable once the service has started.

  • If you cancel before work begins, you may request a partial refund (a 20% administrative and scheduling fee will be deducted).

 

3. Workshops and courses

  • If you cannot attend a workshop or course you registered for, you may transfer your spot to another available date or to another participant.

  • No cash refunds will be issued once registration is confirmed.

 

4. How to request a refund

  • Send an email to lizlalibrera@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request.

  • Include your name, order number, product/service, and the reason for the request.

  • We will review your case and respond within 5–7 business days.5.
