Refund Policy
At Liz Arroyo- Editorial Mentor, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund.
1. Books and physical products

All book sales are final.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged during shipping.

To request a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, including photos showing the damage.
2. Editorial services and mentoring

Payments for mentoring, editing, design, or publishing services are non-refundable once the service has started.

If you cancel before work begins, you may request a partial refund (a 20% administrative and scheduling fee will be deducted).
3. Workshops and courses

If you cannot attend a workshop or course you registered for, you may transfer your spot to another available date or to another participant.

No cash refunds will be issued once registration is confirmed.
4. How to request a refund

Include your name, order number, product/service, and the reason for the request.
